Our COVID-19 message to our homeowners and community
Gentry Home Builders has and always will be committed to the health, safety and well-being of our homeowners, sub-trades and employees. We are monitoring the status of COVID-19 very closely and understand the unprecedented times we are currently in. During this time, we have adjusted our processes continuously to put the health and safety of all our homeowners, sub-trades and employees first. Please read below thoroughly to understand how these adjustments might have impacted you:
UPDATE FOR HOMEOWNERS WHO HAVE NOT YET TAKEN POSSESSION
If you have not taken possession of your home yet and have an upcoming walkthrough or possession, please be aware that we are taking extra precautions to ensure your health and safety are prioritized with the regulations mandated by the Alberta Government.
We are also asking that all Homeowners to please DO NOT visit the project sites without clearing with the Site Supervisor/Construction Manager first. This is essential as we are limiting the overall headcount on site at a time in order to have your project stay on schedule.
UPDATE FOR HOMEOWNERS WHO HAVE TAKEN POSSESSION
If you have already taken possession of your new home, please note that all non-emergent post possession services and warranty appointments will be temporarily suspended. We anticipate reconvening appointments in January 2021, subject to the Alberta Government announcement. Please use the Warranty Section in BuilderTrend to input any warranty and/or service items you would like addressed. By using this Warranty Section, we can ensure the warranty and/or service items are processed properly. If you require a quick run through of this section, please contact our office at (780) 469-7343.
We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause to your schedule(s). Gentry considers the health and safety of our homeowners and employees a top priority and we will continue to do our part to minimize risk.
