Gentry Home Builders was responsible for the demolition and rebuild to accommodate this beautiful sprawling bungalow in Edmonton's majestic River Valley. From bi-weekly meetings with the homeowner, who had an unprecedented eye for design, REID used the old foundation to create a modernized work of art that our client has received endless compliments about and has been featured in a number of suppliers' advertisements.

This build features 10' main walls, a garage that anyone would utilize as a place of both entertainment and a workshop, 2 beautiful walk-in tiled showers that incorporate 100% water-proofed system by WEDI (and installed by REID), 8' doors, a basement that makes you feel as if you were in a second storey, a beautiful sitting area which makes you feel as if you're sitting under a full moon, and triple-pane wood clad windows that combine modern efficiency with a sense of early 1900's finish.
