Consultation We want to meet you and get to know your unique wants and needs so that we can build your house to match you and your family's lifestyle.	Design Our in-house designer will work closely with you to assist in creating your house plans and curate the best design elements while keeping you on budget.
Contract When your scope of work and budget are approved, a contract will be put in place so that everyone understands precisely what has been agreed.	Build Once permits have been secured, construction can commence. We keep you in the loop throughout the entire process with regular site visits.
Online Portal We'll provide you with your own secure login to our online portal which gives you 24/7 access to your job. View schedules, documents, change orders, budget, invoices, photos and more.	Inspection Once work is completed, Gentry Homes will complete a thorough inspection of the work. This is the time to take a close look at everything and note any problems or imperfections before you make your final payment.
Warranty Gentry Homes warrants all of our work (materials/labour) for one year and provides a five-year structural warranty. If you happen to come across any problem with our work – whether it be as minor as a nail-pop, call right away to have the issue addressed.
