One of the first steps of this massive embarkment was the Earth moving, stripping the ground of the future site of this state-of-the-art 15,000 sq. ft. strip mall and overseeing the environmental clean-up. Prior to us stepping foot here, the ground was a mess and the location was situated upon a slough.

REID overlooked all aspects of services from sewage to gas, power, parking lots, etc. REID owns some of its own equipment to help keep costs down.

This project commenced in February 2009 and the first business was sold in the building October 5 of that same year. Completion took approximately 8 months, showing REID's dedication to getting projects done on time.
