Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Site Supervisor to oversee residential construction projects and ensure their successful completion. The ideal candidate will have experience in custom home building, quality control, construction management software, budgeting, and supervising construction activities.
Responsibilities Include:
1. Lead all work and crews on residential construction sites to ensure compliance with design, project specifications, regulations, building codes and safety codes.
2. Plan, implement and monitor construction plans.
3. Edit and format Scope of Work documents as required.
4. Assist with estimates and budget development for projects.
5. Organize and coordinate subcontractor activities.
6. Manage site start-up.
7. Ensure all required permits are obtained by Project Manager.
8. Obtain municipal inspections on all projects.
9. Ensure that safe work practices and procedures are being always followed onsite.
10. Coordinate and direct all construction workers on the worksite through working foreman.
11. Ensure accurate and timely project close date; adjust working schedules to ensure deadlines are met.
12. Work alongside the Project Manager to resolve any constructional issues that may arise.
13. Complete job site administration duties such as timesheet completion for worker and any daily logs that need to be maintained.
14. Ensure proper manpower levels are available onsite each day to ensure constructional completion.
15. Ensure proper materials and quantities of materials are onsite prior to daily work commencing.
16. Lead project meetings with internal and external parties to monitor and report on progression of building.
17. Supervise all workers onsite; provide feedback to workers, enforce company policies, and administer disciplinary measures as required.
18. Ensure Field Level Risk Assessment Forms are submitted by staff and subcontractors while on site as per Company’s safety policy.
19. Report any major concerns/issues to Company Owner and Project Manager.
20. Identify and resolve conflicts within project teams and associated work; create contingency plans to mitigate risk.
21. Oversee total construction effort to ensure project is constructed in accordance with design, budget, and schedule.
22. Ensure any changes to prints/blueprints to be approved by homeowner and Project Manager prior to proceeding.
23. Aid workers on site whenever required.
24. Develop, monitor, and oversee quality control measures on worksites.
25. Pursue cost effective alternative measures to improve financial performance on projects. Ensure any unapproved changes/unforeseen costs are approved by the Project Manager prior to proceeding.
26. Ensure building inspections are completed periodically throughout the construction phases to ensure buildings meet specifications of clients without fail.
27. Any other duties as required.
28. Act in a professional and courteous manner and don Company apparel always, which will be provided by the company. Torn or soiled clothing are not acceptable. There is a zero tolerance for profanity, alcohol, or any substance abuse on any Company job site.
29. Recommend courses of action when respective contractual requirements are not being fulfilled. Paperwork and credit card receipts are to be completed, allocated to respective job costs, and submitted to the appropriate department on time each pay period.
30. Abide by the schedules that have been set forth for daily breaks and lunch periods and follow a weekly work schedule of 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday. Any excusable absence required off work must be reported to the office for approval.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
