1. After contacting us with your project, a Gentry Project Manager will gladly visit your property for a free, on-site consultation. From here, we work with you to help establish a budget and the best options for your home. 

2. If you don't already have them in place, we work with our design and drafting team to develop drawings for your home. Once you've approved the drawings, we use these along with the options you've chosen to finalize the construction price and a contract is drafted up.

3. With all that in place, we take care of all the municipal permitting required for your project and the removal of any structure as required. Once construction commences, you will experience our team working very closely with you throughout the entire process to ensure no detail gets missed. Depending on the size and scale of your project, you may have your keys in as little as eight months.
