What Is A Custom Home?

When planning on relocating to accommodate new spacial needs we always wonder if building a custom home is necessary. 

 When weighing the options of purchasing a spec home or older house to renovate, one should consider which choice would provide the most satisfaction. 

A custom home allows every detail to be chosen by the homeowner, creating a space that gives the purchaser control of each and every aspect of their custom home.  A custom home is built by professionals that care about the build and share ideas. It is a team build.  Ideas that can turn what looked good on paper into a stunning feature arise from the ability to change minor to major details when building a custom home.  When the choice of building a custom home is made, in the end it is always the right one, as I am yet to come across a client that wishes they didn't take this avenue.
